My stay at the hotel was comfortable and clean. While the room was quiet and cozy, I couldn't help but notice the outdated feel, especially considering the higher quality options available nearby at the Ontario Airport DoubleTree, which are also more cost-effective.

The service, though, was very pleasant, and the staff was always friendly and helpful, taking care of our needs promptly. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby freeways, and close to some nice cafes and shopping options, although I was disappointed to find out the hotel was under construction during my visit. The dining experience was not complimentary and felt a bit awkward, although the grilled fish was enjoyable. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was exceptional. The room was comfortable and equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea maker. However, my room wasn't ready even though it was after check-in time.
